+100 HP from one talent, plus armor-to-true-damage conversion.

Why it's strong

S'kellak's Blessing (Fate) is the cheapest Fate in the tree at 7 points and gives the highest raw HP boost. Combined with the Sapphire armor passive (-30% damage), tanks become hard to kill.

• Tier III: Netherite Armor + Righteous Hammers OR Bone Armor ability + S'kellak's Blessing Fate
• Tier IV: Netherite-Diamond → Sapphire Armor

The Sapphire Armor Passive

Same quest source, verbatim:

"Sapphire Armor is the direct upgrade from Netherite-Diamond, it has less total armor but provides +20 Maximum Health per piece, and a passive that reflects damage dealt to you. This means you take 30% less damage than with any other Armor from the getgo."

Math: 4 pieces × +20 HP = +80 HP from armor alone on top of S'kellak's +100. That's +90 hearts above vanilla.

Best weapon

Two-Hand sword (for Warrior's Devotion's +10 dmg). Best options:

• Frostmourne (artifact, frost dmg + Lich King mechanics)
• Fyr'alath (artifact, oriented for tanking with fire dmg + resistance)
• Mythic-affixed Soulrender (from simplyswords, reforge via Tiered)

Gear cheese

Stack +max HP rings from Jewelry (verified: +10, +20, +40, +60 HP variants exist):

• 4 rings × +40 HP avg = +160 HP from jewelry alone
• Plus S'kellak's +100
• Plus Sapphire +80
• Plus base 20 = ~360 HP / 180 hearts
